4 Eva Anna Eggs
Olive Oil 4 tbsp
Salt halt tbsp
Red Chili powder half tbsp
Chopped Onions 1 small
Chopped tomato 1
Green chili 1
Chopped Spinach half a cup
Cheese 2 slices/any of your choice
Steps
- Beat the eggs till frothy
- Put all the spices in it and all the veges
- Put oil in the pan on medium heat
- Fold in the egg mixture
- Spread the cheese on half of the egg mixture
- Let it cook for 1-2 min
- Fold one half of the egg on top of the other half
- And then turn sides, cook for another 2 mins
- Cut the eggs in two parts and take it out in a plate.
- Serve with paratha or bread of your choice
