Half Happy Desi Chicken (Boneless)
Half Coconut cream
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp julien cut ginger
1-2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves


  1. Separate the bones and the meat of the Happy Desi Chicken
  2. Put the bones in the pressure cooker with water and prepare the broth
  3. When the broth is ready, discard the bones. Pour the broth in a wok on medium heat
  4. Put in the boneless chicken pieces and ginger pieces in it and cook for 10 mins on medium heat
  5. Add fish sauce, lemon juice then add coconut milk and keep stiring add the salt and pepper
  6. Check if the chicken pieces are tender add the coriander and cook it for 30 sec.
  7. Serve hot
