Half Happy Desi Chicken (Boneless)
Half Coconut cream
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp julien cut ginger
1-2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Steps:
- Separate the bones and the meat of the Happy Desi Chicken
- Put the bones in the pressure cooker with water and prepare the broth
- When the broth is ready, discard the bones. Pour the broth in a wok on medium heat
- Put in the boneless chicken pieces and ginger pieces in it and cook for 10 mins on medium heat
- Add fish sauce, lemon juice then add coconut milk and keep stiring add the salt and pepper
- Check if the chicken pieces are tender add the coriander and cook it for 30 sec.
- Serve hot
