Butter Chicken Masala
Spices Ingredients:
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp red chillies
1 tbsp cumin seed powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp coriander powder
Half tbsp turmeric
2-3 drops red/orange food color
1 Happy Desi Chicken (1 kg)
Cut into 16 pieces
5 tomatoes
1 milk pack cream
1 cup milk
3-4 tbsp butter
Qtr-half cup olive oil


  1. Put the olive oil in a pan on a medium flame
  2. Put the ginger garlic paste and saute for 2-3 mins
  3. Put in the chicken and cook for another 5 mins till the chicken changes its color
  4. Put all the dry spices in it
  5. Keep on stiring continously for another 3-4 mins
  6. Make a puree of fresh tomatoes in a blender
  7. Pour this tomato puree in your chicken keep on stiring add the milk and cream and add 1 cup of water close the lid till the chicken is tender for another 5-10 mins
  8. Open the lid add the food color give your chicken a good stir. Now add butter
  9. Cook for another 2-3 mins and serve hot
