Ingredients
- Two thighs and drum stick piece
- Potatoes 5 6 small
- 1 cup yogurt
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Half tbsp salts
- Half tbsp red chili powder
- Half tbsp cumin powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 Eva Anna Desi Eggs
- 1 lemon juice
Steps
1. Marinate the chicken pieces in yogurt, ginger garlic paste and the spices add lemon juice also
2. Marinate for 1 hour
3. Pour in water and bring the chicken to boil till it is tender
4. Let the tender chicken cool
5. Separately boil potatoes
6. Blend the eggs and then soak the both sides of the chicken with the eggs and toss it from both sides in the breadcrumbs
7. Sprinkle few drops of oil over the crumbs
8. Put your air fryer on with the given conditions of chicken
9. Lay in parchment paper in the basket of the air fryer
10. Put in two pieces of chicken in it with the potatoes
11. Put the basket in the air fryer and cook for 3 4 mins for one side and then change the side and cook again for 3 4 mins
12. Take it out when the chicken is golden brown and crisp 13. Good for weight watchers also, low in calories
