  • Our very known Eva Anna Desi Chicken 1kg (1 chicken)
  • Basmati Rice -3 and a half cup
  • Olive Oil -200ml
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1 cup raison
  • 1 chopped onion small
  • 2 tbsp all spices
  • Salt to taste


1. Soak the rice in cold water for 1-2 hours

2. Pour oil in pan

3. Cut the chicken in 16 pieces

3. Put in water and cooked until it’s tender (maybe it will take half an hour to 45mins)

4. Satisfied its broth

5. Put oil in a pan and pour 200ml of olive oil

6. Put onions and whole spices in it

7. Sauté for 2 3 mints till the onions change the color

8. Put tender chicken in it and sauté for another 3-4 mins

9. Put 5 glasses of chicken broth in the pot and let it come to a boil on high heat

10. Let it come to a boil, stain the rice. Stain it and put the rice in the pot into the boiling broth and chicken and continue to cook it for 10-12 mins until all the water has dried up on high heat flame

11. Spread the grated carrots and raisons all over the rice cover it reduced the heat (in very minimal heat) for about 15 mins 12. Then close the flame and check the rice which should be nice and tender
