  • Eva Anna chicken 1 kg (1 chicken)
  • Cut into 20 pieces
  • Tomato 1 kg
  • Olive oil 1 cup
  • Fresh green chilies 10-12
  • Fresh Coriander small bunch
  • Ginger crushed 4-5 tbsp full
  • Ginger Julien cut 1 tbsp for garnishing
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • Quarter tbsp turmeric powder


1. Boil the chicken in water to make it tender

2. Blend the tomatoes in the blunder and keep them aside

3. Put the oil in the pan

4. Put the minst Ginger heat for 1 2 mints on a medium flame

5. Put in the tender chicken

6. Cook for another 2 3 mins

7. Add all the spices and keep on cooking on a medium flame for another 2 4 mins

8. Put in half of the sliced Green chilies and half Coriander

9. Keep cooking and add purri

10. Close the led and let it cook for 10-12 mins until the oil separates

11. Pour it in serving dish and garnish with sliced Green chilies and Coriander leaf and Julien cut Ginger

12. Serve your dish
